Our AIME Center staff of on-site experienced meeting professionals are available to coordinate with security, IT, shipping/receiving and any other facility-related needs.

In addition to the abundant features that are provided with all licensing events, we are glad to offer additional, optional services, including iPad rentals (of up to 76 iPads), video recording services, ultrasound equipment rentals and extended concierge-style services for travel assistance, dining reservations and entertainment bookings.

Our robust Standardized Patient program provides you with access to our highly-trained Standardized Patients as the key to enhancing simulated learning environments in a safe and secure space. We coordinate the entire Standardized Patient process for you.

We can also provide you with our experienced on-site temporary staff who regularly provide AIME event support to assist with registration, event coordination, exam proctoring and other administrative duties.

Several hotels in North Hills are within walking distance to the AIME Center and offer preferred rates to our licensees.
